There's an item missing from my order, what should I do?Updated 19 days ago

If you receive your order and find that an item is missing, we recommend verifying the invoice or the order confirmation email to confirm the item(s) was/were purchased.

If you validated the purchase of the item and it was not received within your order, kindly contact our Customer Service team with your order details, enabling us to promptly address the issue.
