What can I do if my order is being delivered to the wrong address?Updated 19 days ago

Please exercise caution when entering your shipping instructions during the checkout process. Regrettably, we are unable to modify the shipping address on your behalf.

In the event that you discover an incorrect address entry, please make the necessary change through UPS/FedEx. You may sign up for free. Once you have a UPS/FedEx account, log in at UPS.com or FedEx.com and search for the Delivery Options. Follow the prompts to reroute your package to a different location or change the delivery date. For additional support, please contact UPS/FedEx directly.
