Where is my order?Updated 10 months ago

Our estimated delivery time is 5 - 8 business days from the order date. 

You may also access your order status and tracking number by navigating to the "My Account" section. Click on Account,  then go to "Order History" on the left navigation menu. 

•    Check your email for the latest updates on your order status and tracking information.

•    Use the JAFRA Support Chat for order status and tracking information.

•    Contact out JAFRA Customer Experience Team via Email at [email protected] or by Telephone at 1-800-551-2345.

If the expected delivery time frame has passed and you have not yet received your items, kindly contact our Customer Experience Team with your order details or use our JAFRA Support Chat.
