Can I exchange an item, what if the new item is a lower or higher cost?Updated a year ago

JAFRA strives for product satisfaction and if your client should find any product unsatisfactory, and your order for that product was placed within the past 6 months, please contact Customer Experience Team during business hours for a replacement procedure.

Exchanges may be made for products of equal or greater value. In the event the product is exchanged for another product of greater value, JAFRA will process a debit for the price difference on your account.
