I purchased an item from a JAFRA Consultant, but the item is faulty, what do I do?Updated 2 months ago

JAFRA works with thousands of independent business owners who stock our items. Any purchase made outside the JAFRA site, directly from these individuals are subject to their own return policy.

 

As we have no record of the transaction in our system, you’ll need to speak with the original JAFRA Consultant, to see if they’re able to offer a refund or replacement.
